Just last week he was laughing at farmers who water their crop during the day. According to his senile faculty, it should be done after sunset when evaporation is less severe. No, according to normal English usage, it cannot be misinterpreted. Perhaps there is an alternative PAP English dictionary and grammar whose meanings and rules we know nothing about.
