My name is Charles Tan, and I do not fully agree with all of Dr Chee’s proposals for Singapore, but then again, isn’t that the point of democracy? To discuss, to dissent, and ultimately to emancipate the masses with the freedom of choice? Choice, we are so desperately deprived of in our very state.
