The said blog appeared over the Chinese New Year break. A short message about the update of insurance sites and some comments was posted on the blog.
It is hard to ascertain if the matter was a coincidence resulting from problems with computer network systems or something altogether more nefarious. This is not the first time that the SDP website has encountered rather curious problems.
