Martyn See’s film Speakers Cornered received its first public screening last week at the Substation Arts Centre. The 28-minute documentary is a report on the protest that was held at the Speakers’ Corner at Hong Lim Park during the WB-IMF meeting in Sep 06
Two of Mr See’s other films, Singapore Rebel and Zahari’s 17 Years, are banned. Another film One Nation Under Lee has been seized by the Media Development Board.
