The Supreme Court in September 2008 upheld a ruling by the nation’s competition regulator, which said Temasek breached antitrust laws by using indirect stakes in PT Telekomunikasi Selular and PT Indosat to fix prices, Junadi Masjhud, a spokesman at the nation’s anti-monopoly body said in an e-mailed statement today.
