Lim Hock Siew calls for inquiry on ISA detentions

Dr Lim Hock Siew, who was detained without trial for 20 years, called for a commission of inquiry into past ISA detentions to determine the real facts that led to the imprisonment. He was speaking at the memorial service of the late Tan Jing Quee who was also a former ISA prisoner.
