Martyn See submits third film for clearance

Filmmaker Mr Martyn See has defied authorities again by sending his latest production, Speakers Cornered, to the Board of Film Censors for clearance.

Under the law all films produced and shown in Singapore must get the approval of the Government and political videos are banned. (See also http://www.singaporerebel.blogspot.com)

Mr See remains undeterred. He has already produced two videos with political content: Singapore Rebel and Zahari’s 17 years. Both films are banned but have been screened in several other countries.
